work2future Foundation

Every year, the work2future Foundation provides career advising services to thousands of job seekers and connects them with our hundreds of business partners. Through its four Silicon Valley America’s Job Center locations, the work2future Foundation provides job seekers with the skills they need to land their next job. Participants of work2future have access to in depth vocational assessments, career advising, vocational training, workshops, and on-site job recruitments. In 2013, work2future was recognized by the State of California as a high performing workforce development program.

The work2future Foundation also partners with hundreds of businesses throughout the Silicon Valley to bring job opportunities to our clients. In addition to our highly skilled job seeking clientele,  we also offer a wide array of services individually tailored to meet the current needs of your business.

Throughout our site, you will find information about the work2future Foundation’s programs and services for Adult and Young Adult Job Seekers and for businesses. Our programs and workshops are offered throughout Santa Clara County through our Job Centers. Our centers are part of the America’s Job Center network of Job Centers located throughout the United States. We provide these services at no cost through government grants, private foundation support, private sector support, and generous donations from our community.
