There are many advantages tied to this grant, including:
- Additional training related resources and a larger amount of grant money that can be used to update skills and receive approved training certification to re-enter the workforce
- Business and employment services for connections to open employment opportunities through established relationships with employers and to specialized recruitment for Advanced Manufacturing related occupations
- Specialized case management including resume customization, mock Interviewing, LinkedIn help, skills identification for targeted opportunities, job search strategy, workshop enrollment, available e-learning options, and more.
